1. We sold our first single family house in Inwood, West Virginia on March 01, 2007 to move closer to work - the house was not worth the commute. And the search began ... |
2. We originally signed a contract on a to-be-built condo/townhouse in Stone Ridge, VA but cancelled due to some information found in the covenants. |
3. We decided to go
back to Brambleton for a second look and went in just in time to
sign a contract on the last townhouse available before prices rose. |
4. Ground breaking started 3/12/07 and
is scheduled to be complete in September, 2007. It's a 3 level
2,500 sf townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, & 2 half baths. |
