I've been pretty good at maintaining my goal weight - hovering between 125-130.  I love being able to wear almost anything I want now!  I still need to work on toning up my abs though so I keep making promises to myself that I'll start working out again every night but never end up doing it.  It's been too hard to focus on this while the holidays have been here so starting today, I will make a new goal checklist and try really hard to stick to it!!

I've finally reached my GOAL and then some!  I lost about 15 lbs during the biggest loser competition and was working out 3 times a week and doing great with my life-style change diet but I couldn't lose anymore.  I went for my physical and my Dr suggested I try a diet supplement - which worked GREAT!  I used this not to lose weight super quick but to help cut out my snacking and get back to eating the right portions that my body was used to before getting pregnant.  Now I'm down to the weight I was before we got married and I feel super great!  Now I just need new clothes because I keep wearing the same few things I have that fit.

We have been doing a "Biggest Loser" competition at work with 5 women and 3 men.  I've been the biggest loser two weeks but was stuck in a rut the last couple weeks.  My goal has been to get to 140 lbs by April 5th (Natalie's 2nd birthday).  I have 13 lbs to go and while I'm sure I won't make my goal by April 5th, I'm still excited at the loss I've had so far.  140 is what I weighed when we got married in 2002 but my body is definitely different after having 2 kids so once I reach the weight goal, I'll start focusing on more tone than anything.  I've been slacking on going to the gym but hopefully this week I'll go 3 times on my lunch break and also do 10-15 mi on the bike at home before bed.
